Presented by: Yolo, Orange and Santa Barbara County Staff

Come to this workshop and hear from your peers about how coordinated case planning and management looks in their counties.  You will have time to ask questions and share your CCP in your county.

This workshop will provide an overview of the work of the Linkages TAY Subcommittee, including the results of a survey of county coordination activities with transition age youth.

A4 County Linkages Evaluation
Presented by: RDA Consulting, SPC

RDA Consulting will be presenting key findings from the process evaluation of the Linkages programs across the three counties that volunteered to participate in the evaluation.  In addition, RDA will share the research methodology and tools developed and you will have the opportunity to consider how you might evaluate your Linkages strategy at your county.
