Conference Registration Fees: 

Early Bird registration fee is $325 per person (available until May 31, 2022)
     Price includes a light breakfast on Monday, Lunch a Networking Reception.
     For Tuesday it includes Breakfast & Lunch. 

 General registration fee is $375 (from June 1, 2022 - June 17, 2022)

​If you plan on paying by check or PO.  Click here to get CFPIC W9 form with organization address.  (Will also be on the invoice/receipt you receive when you register.)

Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is made before June 17, 2022. No refund will be available for cancellations made after June 17, 2022. Refunds will be made by check after the conference has concluded.
