Come and learn how the complaint process is changing to better support families. In this workshop you will learn how the process has changed and about the incorporation of the Core Practice Model into the receipt of a complaint through to the investigation. E2 Portability Jasbir Kaur, Policy Analyst and Marisa Sanchez, Policy Manager, CA Department of Social Services Portability is the process by which either a Resource Family approved by an FFA or County moves to a subsequent FFA, or a Resource Family approved by an FFA moves to a County.
