No refunds will be provided for cancellations. Registrant substitutions will be accepted until September 18, 2024. Requests may be sent to ht@eventswebpage.com. Student must show ID for student rate at conference registration desk upon arrival. If paying my credit card, your statement will indicate Events Enterprises, Inc.

Environmental Considerations – We strive to be environmentally responsible and would like to reduce food and beverage waste. When you register, please answer the food and beverage questions as accurately as possible. Please bring your refillable water bottle as the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center has filtered water refill stations throughout the property.
Location
The conference will be held at SAFE Credit Union Convention Center at 1401 K Street in downtown Sacramento. Please use the conference entrance at 15th and K Streets.
Getting There
Downtown Sacramento is easily accessible via Sacramento International Airport or Amtrak and is at the J Street exit from Hwy 5. We encourage public transportation, carpooling and ride share. Parking garages closest to the Convention Center conference entrance are located at:1500 K Street, 1418 K Street, 1550 K Street. More information can be found here.
Dress
Please bring a light jacket or sweater as the meeting rooms may get chilly. Dress is casual business attire.
