The Delta Stewardship Council and the U.S. Geological Survey are pleased to announce that the 13th Biennial Bay-Delta Science Conference will be held in person at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento, California from September 28 to September 30, 2026.

Your registration includes access to plenary, oral, art, and poster sessions as well as the Monday evening reception, lunch and coffee/tea breaks each day. There will be no honorarium or reimbursement offered for session organizers, oral presenters, or poster presenters. Participants will be required to register at the applicable registration rate.

Payment Policy
The Bay-Delta Science Conference will accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or purchase orders. If paying by purchase order, please inform your fiscal office that final payment is due no later than September 14, 2026.

Environmental Considerations
We strive to be environmentally responsible and would like to reduce food and beverage waste. When you register, please answer the food and beverage questions as accurately as possible. Please bring your refillable water bottle as the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center has filtered water refill stations throughout the property.

The conference will be held at SAFE Credit Union Convention Center at 1401 K Street in downtown Sacramento. Please use the East Lobby conference entrance at 15th and K Streets. 

Getting There
Downtown Sacramento is easily accessible via Sacramento International Airport or Amtrak and is at the J Street exit from Hwy 5. We encourage public transportation, carpooling and ride share.
