Registration Information for Attendees:
Early Bird Registration fee is $595 per person (closes March 20, 2026)
General Registration fee is $650 per person (Fee starts March 21, 2026 and closes April 10, 2026)
BOTH fees includes a light breakfast and a lunch on Monday and Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday
Student Registration fee is $725 per person (closes April 10, 2026)
This registratation also includes Sunday training with lunch and dinner, Monday student networking breakast and Monday night student dinner and activity.
Cancellation policy:
A full refund will be given to any cancellations made before April 10, 2026. No refunds will be available after April 10th. Credit card refunds can be done at the time of the cancellation. Payments that were made by check, will be refunded after the event.
Registration Information for Vendors Booths:
We have a very limited amount of space for vendor booths. We won't be able to add additional booths once we have reached capacity. Each booth will receive an 8' banquet table with table cloth and (2) chairs. They will be set up in the foyer areas outside the two areas where the breakout sessions will be held. These areas of the event will only see attendees before/during/after workshops. In order to encourage attendees to visit the booths, we will create a game that if people come to a booth, they can get a stamp on a card, and be eligible to participate in a raffle.
Fee is $750 for the table and one person. Each additional person is $300. Fees include meals for the participants.
