Where: ACS Surgical Ergonomics Clinic Booth, Exhibit Hall, ACS Clinical Congress 2024, San Francisco, CA
When: Reserved timeslots available October 20-22, 2024, between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm
How: Institutional or Individual reservations are required before the Clinical Congress

Institutional Clinic Reservation: A one-hour timeslot reserved for up to 20 of your practicing surgeons and surgical trainees at the ACS Surgical Ergonomics Hands-On Clinic hosted at the 2024 ACS Clinical Congress. Institutional reservation is available on a first-come first-served basis. This reservation will be exclusively available until June 30, 2024. After this, individual surgeon registration will open on July 1st, so your desired time may not be available. We highly recommend you reserve your institutional spot before July  1st. If you want to have more than 20 surgeons trained, you are welcome to reserve two or more 1-hour timeslots.
• Fee: $3,000 per timeslot
• Prioritized Reservation: until June 30, 2024
• General Reservation: July 1st - September 15, 2024

Individual Clinic Reservation: A one-hour timeslot is reserved for practicing surgeons at the ACS Surgical Ergonomics Hands-On Clinic hosted at the 2024 ACS Clinical Congress.

• General reservation: July 1st - October 22, 2024

Resident Clinic Reservation: A one-hour timeslot is reserved for surgery residents at the ACS Surgical Ergonomics Hands-On Clinic hosted at the 2024 ACS Clinical Congress. To choose this selection, you must be registered as an ACS Clinical Congress Resident Attendee.

• General reservation: July 1st - October 22, 2024

This program is in addition to Clinical Congress 2024. All Ergonomics Clinic attendees must also be registered as in-person attendees for Clinical Congress 2024 to attend the clinic.
