Fee
There are no fees for the conference, meals or parking. There are no fees for overnight accommodations for Monday and Tuesday night. 
 
Accommodations
Please indicate your overnight accommodations on the registration form. We will make the reservations for you at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel and Conference Center. Overnight individual accommodations are provided by SCRP for Monday, March 25, 2024 and Tuesday, March 26, 2024. There are no fees to stay Monday and Tuesday. All rooms are non-smoking.  If you would like to extend your stay, we will make additional hotel arrangements at your expense. (subject to availability). Room rates are $120 plus tax and fees. Please indicate your preference on your registration form. All attendees will be assigned their own room. An email confirmation for your hotel reservation will be sent from the hotel. Please note that your hotel confirmation will include the price of the room. You will not pay for your room. If you want to confirm, please call the hotel directly at 909-622-2220. Check in time is 3:00pm. Checkout time is 11:00am. 

Parking
Complimentary parking is available at the hotel. If you are driving, please self-park. The parking lot is ample and is located next to the hotel. We highly recommend carpooling. Parking fees are covered by SCRP. If you are driving and staying at the hotel, park and check in at the hotel front desk. You will receive a parking voucher which you can place on your dashboard. If you are driving and not staying at the hotel, an attendant may greet you. Please tell them you are with SCRP and park. If there is no attendant, please park. Day parking is complimentary.

Meals
Monday, March 25, 2024 - Heavy appetizers at the Meet and Greet will be provided by SCRP.
Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and beverage will be provided by SCRP.
Tuesday, March 26, 2024 - Dinner on the Farm from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.will be provided by SCRP.
Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Breakfast, take-away lunch, snack and beverage will be provided by SCRP.

Restaurant food is on your own. 

Travel
Attendees will be responsible for travel to and from the conference and will not be reimbursed by SCRP. 

Meet and Greet Reception
Please join us Monday, March 25th in the hotel Vineyard Ballroom from 5:30 - 6:45pm. for a Meet and Greet Reception. It is suggested that you attend but is not mandatory. Snacks and beverages will be served.

Meditation Session
Please join us Monday, March 25th in the hotel Vineyard Ballroom from 7:00 - 7:30pm. for a Meditation Session. It is suggested that you attend but is not mandatory.

Conference Check in
Please join us Tuesday, March 26th at 8:00 a.m. in the Conference Center to check-in for the conference. We will have a full breakfast buffet. The conference program starts promptly at 9:00am. 

Continuing Education Unit Hours (9.5 Contact Hours)
Tuesday, March 26, 2024 = 6 hours
Wednesday, March 27, 2024  = 3.5 hours
No partial credit will be offered. You must sign in and sign out each day.

Course meets qualifications for 9.5 Continuing Education (CE) contact hours. Psychologists: Santa Barbara County Department Behavioral Wellness is approved by the California Psychological Association to provide continuing professional education for psychologists. The California Board of Behavioral Sciences accepts continuing education credit granted by the California Psychological Association or by any of its Approved Providers. Santa Barbara County Department Behavioral Wellness maintains responsibility for this program and its content. LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LEP: This course meets the qualifications for 9.5 hours of continuing education credit for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness Provider #86834 is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCS and LEPs. Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness maintains responsibility for this program/course and its content. Alcohol & Drug Treatment Counselors: Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness is approved by CCAPP-EI, Provider Number 01-18-280-0126 for continuing education hours. Nursing: Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP 17467, for continuing education hours. Peer Support Specialists: Santa Barbara County Department of Behavioral Wellness approve 9.5 hours of continuing education for Peer Support Specialist Certification. 

Attendees must sign in and sign out to receive CE credit or have attendance documented by the training administrator or instructor. CE credit is not awarded for lunch or break times.

For your reference, the presentations and handouts will be posted on the SCRP website following the conference SCRPCalifornia.org

Dress
Please bring a light jacket or sweater as the meeting rooms and dinner may get chilly. Business casual dress for meetings and dinner. For the optional self-care yoga, please wear something that is comfortable for stretching.
