Registration Information for Attendees:
Early Bird Registration fee is $475 per person (closes February 28, 2023)
General Registration fee is $510 per person (closes March 17, 2023)
Fee includes a light breakfast and a lunch on Monday and Breakfast and Lunch on Tuesday
: A full refund will be given to any cancellations made before March 18, 2023. No refunds will be available after March 18th. Credit card refunds can be done at the time of the cancellation. Payments that were made by check, will be refunded after the event.
Registration Information for Vendors:
We are offering table top vendor booths at this year's Summit. The booth area includes a table and table cloth and meals for one staff person. If you need electricity, it will be an extra fee from the AV company. If you plan on sending boxes to the hotel, there is also a fee for that. We will send you a form to complete for more details after we receive your booth registration.
The cost is $500 for a nonprofit vendor and $1,000 for other vendors
There is an additiona fee of $150 for additional vendor staff attending the event. This includes meals for this staff person.

Cancellation Policy for Vendors.
The fee is due before the event. If you can't attend, we need to be notified by March 10, 2023. No fees will be refunded after March 10, 2023.
