Fee
There is no fee for the conference. There is no fee for the meals. There is no fee for overnight accommodations for Monday and Tuesday night. 
 
Accommodations
Please indicate our overnight accommodations on the registration form. We will make the reservations for you at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel. Overnight individual accommodations are provided by SCRP for Monday, March 16, 2020 and Tuesday, March 17, 2020. There is no fee to stay Monday and Tuesday. All rooms are non-smoking suites.  If you would like to extend your stay, we will make additional hotel arrangements at your expense. Subject to availability, Room rates are $120 per night plus state and local taxes. Please indicate your preference on your registration form. All attendees will be assigned their own room. An email confirmation for your hotel reservation will be sent from the Sheraton. Some County servers have blocked the Sheraton email.  If you want to confirm, please call the Sheraton Hotel directly at 909-622-2220. Check in time is 4:00pm. 
 
Meals
Tuesday, March17th - Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and beverage will be provided by SCRP.
Wednesday, March 18th - Breakfast, lunch, snack and beverage will be provided by SCRP.
On Tuesday evening from 5:30 - 7:00 pm, we will partake in a farm to table dinner, eating local sustainable ingredients, to take place on the hotel's own five-acre organic farm.  Dinner will be provided by SCRP.
Restaurant food is on your own. 

 
Transportation
Complimentary parking is available at the hotel. If you are driving, please self-park. The parking lot is ample and is located next to the hotel.
If you are flying in and need a complimentary shuttle, please call 909.622.2220 to make a reservation prior to your travel date. 
 
Travel
Attendees will be responsible for travel to and from the conference and will not be reimbursed by SCRP.
Complementary Shuttle to and from the Ontario Airport to the Sheraton Fairplex is offered. To make reservation contact the hotel directly at 909 622-2220. 
 
Please join us Tuesday, March 17th at 8:00 a.m. in the Conference Center to check-in for the conference. We will have a full continental breakfast buffet which includes muffins bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee and teas. 
The conference program starts promptly at 9:00am. Please walk out the side door of the hotel and follow the directional signs to the conference center. 

 
Continuing Education Unit Hours (10 Contact Hours)
Tuesday, March 17 = 6 hours
Wednesday, March 18 = 4 hours
No partial credit will be offered. You must sign in and sign out each day. 

Psychologists, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW: Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness is approved by the California Psychological Association (CPA) to provide continuing professional education for psychologists (SAN200). The California Board of Behavioral Sciences recognizes CPA continuing education credit for license renewal of LCSWs, LPCCs, and LMFTs. This conference is approved for 10 continuing education contact hours. Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness maintains responsibility for this program and its contents. Potential conference attendees may obtain information about the learning objectives, instructor’s credentials, and speaker disclosures of any commercial support by sending a request via email to bwelltraining@co.santa-barbara.ca.us. Alcohol & Drug Treatment Counselors: Provider approved by CCAPP-EI, Provider Number 2C-18-280-2020 for 10 CEH’S. (renewal in process) Nursing: Santa Barbara County Behavioral Wellness is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP 17467, for 10 contact hours.
